Opera 6 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. This version of Opera was officially released on 2001-12-18 for public access and a brief summary of important updates and change log pertaining to this edition can be read below.

Opera 6 has been release now and there are about 8 builds from its first beta version 6.0 beta 1 released on 13-Nov-2001 to the final edition 6.06 released as late as on 18-Mar-2002 spanning five months.
