Opera 37 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. This version of Opera was officially released on 2016-05-04 for public access and a brief summary of important updates and change log pertaining to this edition can be read below.

Opera 37 has been built on Chromium 50 rendering engine using JavaScript engine V8. To remove the performance bottleneck  for backward compatibility Opera removed the support for Windows XP and Vista versions and Opera will work only Windows 7 and above. However there will be security updates continue to be available for early Windows OS using previous versions of Opera.

Among the changes in user interface, Opera now has the option of removing +1 button for adding a new site in addition the internal pages of the browser have now unified look. 

Apart from many bug fixes and stability improvements webpage loading has been made faster by using built in ad blocker which is a setback for businesses relying on advertisements as their major revenue stream. Now video pop out would be displayed in a top floating frame. From the developer resource this version has support for Chromium/Blink version 50.
