Opera 33 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. Opera 33 has been built on Chromium 46 rendering engine using JavaScript engine V8 and support the latest Chromium Blink release. This version is supported in Windows XP and later versions.

Multimedia handling of this version has been improved with inclusion of Turbo 2 Compression algorithm resulting in better performances of streaming audios in hosted in high speed servers. With addition of Web Audio API now supports rendering various audio formats.

From the security point, now the browser warns you if any of the website tries to access your midi devices exclusively. While the NPAPI support has been withdrawn from this version onward, now users have the luxury of protocol handler settings.
