Opera 31 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. Opera 31 has been built on Chromium 44 rendering engine using JavaScript engine V8. This version is supported in Windows XP and later versions.

Opera now supports Widevine DRM which can allow the users to render premium content from trusted sources. Browsing history can be now synchronized between various devices, which makes the user to keep Opera use in a single window. The Discover manager now looks like bookmark manager, which users are used to and comfortable in using them.
