Opera 3 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. Opera 3 is the first version of Opera Browser to support Java Scripts and Cascade Style Sheets. Opera 3.62 A variant of Opera 3 was the last edition to support Windows 3.x and all later editions requires atleast Windows 95 as the operating system.

This edition supports many technologies like WAP, WML, Java and HDOM, however industry experts felt its implementation of Java Script was rather poor than the expected. With one of the CSS inventors joining Opera team as CTO, CSS implementation in the browser just got stronger.
