Opera 28 is a web browser developed by Opera Software ASA, available for download in full install version for Windows platforms from legacy sources. Opera 28 has been built on Chromium 41 rendering engine using JavaScript engine V8. This version is supported in Windows XP and later versions except Windows 10.

With this edition, Mozilla has worked on a much better visually improved bookmark manager and introduced synchronizing your bookmarks in various devices like mobiles, laptops and tablets. Suggestions would automatically appear when you search by typing in the bar.

In the Mac edition, Opera now supports high quality video/audio codecs by including support for H.264 and has more menus and drop-support for Mac. This edition has support for the Chromium release 41.
